Outdoor Cooking Room & BBQ
The BBQ may be found and should be used undercover in the courtyard. Please do not move it from under the cover of this building and please do not allow the lid to touch the wall as this will damage the lid. The BBQ is on wheels (2 lock) and so it may be easily moved away from the wall.
It is a Weber Spirit E-310. Instructions may be found here. To switch on first check the gas bottle is switched on. The button on the top of the bottle should be showing the red markings facing upwards to indicate the bottle is switched on – please see picture. The cover protecting the bottle slides upwards to remove. Then push the burner control knob in and turn it counterclockwise to the start/ high position and after gas has arrived at the burner click the ignition red button. If the ignition doesn’t work please try first pressing the green button in on the top of the gas bottle valve and try lighting with the hand held clicker/ matches provided.
Cooking tools for the BBQ are found in the Outdoor Cooking Room.
When you have finished using it please make sure the gas is turned off and please leave the bbq clean for the next guests. Cleaning is easiest by removing the 2 racks and triangular pieces protecting the gas burners and cleaning in the plastic bowl in a sink of warm soapy water in the Utility Room (the sink is bigger).
If you run out of gas you may purchase a refill (without paying a deposit) by returning the bottle to Leclerc Brico on the D936 in the direction Sainte Foy. It is propane gas.
The Outdoor Cooking Room contains the items essential for enjoying a BBQ and evening in the private courtyard.
The teak dining table may be placed anywhere in the lower part of the courtyard. There is a parasol.

The top switch is for the light in the Outdoor Room
The second switch is for the x3 hanging lights under the Outbuilding
The third switch controls the lights on the wall by each banna tree
