There are two hot water tanks in the house. The one in the Utility Room supplies all of the downstairs and Valley and Church bathrooms upstairs. There is another tank in the attic that supplies the Village and Courtyard bathrooms.

The switch on the left controls the tank in the Utility Room and the right controls the attic hot water tank. 

If there is no hot water please contact the Housekeeper immediately, informing her of which room is affected.
