Inclusions/ Inventory

This inventory and list of items included in the rental price is to help guests prepare for their holiday as well as to provide a checklist of items held in the property to avoid any future misunderstanding about what belongs to whom and/ or disputes over the Security Deposit.

Welcome items which we normally like to offer include provisions such as some local eggs, some fruit, a fresh baguette, butter, cheese, jam, sugar, milk, tea and coffee.

Items included for your use from the start of any rental of the whole property. As far as consumables are concerned in the kitchen please replace what you use or add something else.

  • Luxury bed linen and bath towels (changed weekly)
  • Towels for swimming pool/ beach (changed weekly)
  • Cushions for the outdoor teak chairs and white sun loungers
  • Hand towels in each bathroom and kitchen (changed weekly)
  • Tea towels in kitchen and Outdoor Cooking Room (changed weekly)
  • Bottled hand soap at every basin
  • Toilet paper on every holder
  • Roll kitchen paper on kitchen worktop
  • Clingfilm/ aluminium foil in kitchen drawer
  • Some cooking and pantry essentials such as oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. 
  • Some laundry washing tablets in Utility cupboard
  • Some dish washing tablets in kitchen cupboard
  • Washing up liquid by Kitchen sink
  • Bin bags for rubbish in the Kitchen
  • Kitchen and utility electrical appliances
  • Crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils in both the Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking room
  • BBQ
  • BBQ gas limited to what is left in the bottle (we will ensure you find the bottle at least half full)
  • Cleaning utensils including dustpan, broom, hoover, mop and bucket
  • Sports equipment, games & puzzles children’s toys and bicycles (as available)
  • Books and DVDs
  • DVD player, TVs, Radio and Sonos
  • English TV via satellite
  • Coffee machine

  • Spare UK-FR electrical adapter (in Kitchen)
  • Free water and electricity (reasonable use)
  • Unlimited data for internet (previously limited to 40 GB)
  • x2 pairs walking sticks; x2 walking seats; binoculars
  • On request:
    • Baby Pack, including high chair, cot, baby monitor, Gritin light that remains illuminated in the dark
    • Replacement light bulbs
