The Oliver’s Travel website advised that the taxe de sejour would be between 1 euro and 5 euros.

In fact the actual rate in Gensac is 3.25 euros for anyone 18 years and older per night, so slightly less than half of the maximum advised.

So as an example, two adults with two young children (<18 years old) would be due to pay 45.50 euros in total for one week (2 x 3.25 x 7).

This money will be paid by the owner to the local authority in order to advance tourism in the area. Please could you leave this money in cash with the Housekeeper during your stay prior to leaving.
