The Gym contains equipment which is both dangerous to the uninstructed and expensive to replace.<\/p>

No one under the age of 18 may use the equipment in the Gym and then they do so only at their own risk.\u00a0<\/p>

There are many adjustments on the multigym but please ensure you put everything back as you found it. The digital monitor should start to work immediately following movement.<\/p>

The only adjustment on the rowing machine is the water resistance.<\/p>

There is a blue indoor exercise mat which may be used for stretching upstairs in the Old Restaurant where there is more space. Please do not use this outside as it will damage the plastic and please wipe it after use.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  • Cream cushions for the front terrace. Please ensure these are brought in every night as the cats \/ weather will damage them or risk being stolen. Thank you.<\/li>

  • Swingball<\/li>
  • Outdoor chess (works well in the courtyard!)<\/li>
  • Plastic petanque balls<\/li>
  • x2 tennis rackets and a tube of tennis balls<\/li>
  • Outdoor table tennis net (for the table in the play area down the road)<\/li>
  • Tyre foot pump and bicycle pump<\/li>
  • x6 tools for bicycle including allen keys and adjustable spanner<\/li>
